Any time spent at Magic Kingdom is bound to be special. But at certain times during the year, the Kingdom goes above and beyond!

 

The Magic Kingdom® begins each day with a big welcome celebration, and continues throughout the day with additional shows and parades. On evenings when the Magic Kingdom® is open later, you can expect nighttime parades, a transformational castle show, and of course, fireworks. Magic Kingdom's Wishes fireworks show is by far the best best aerial show you will ever see. In the middle of it you will certainly encounter street performances and character appearances.

 

During the autumn months you can experience Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party which features a special parade, a great opportunity to meet your favorite Disney Villains, an incredible trick or treat opportunity for everyone in which Disney hands out literally tons of candy, and a unique Halloween themed fireworks show. This is a separate special admission ticket but well worth it.

 

During November and December the Magic Kingdom switches over to Christmas decorations in preparation for Micky's Very Merry Christmas Party. A night of holiday festivities including a special Frozen themed lighting of the Castle Lights and fireworks set to special holiday music. The very special Christmas parade ends in real snowfall.  Magical. This is a special separate ticket event but well worth it.

 

All through the year special holiday days are marked with smaller celebrations throughout the kingdom.
